These questions might seem a little simple for most of us. But due to the hectic schedule of our work, we rarely bend our knee to go near the sink and wash our hands. Or wash the dirty bed linen for that matter. Time is evolving and with that the ways and habits are changing. Either people are too lazy to work down the household stuff or too busy to look at it. Both ways, personal hygiene get a back hold in our lives. Hygiene means a set of habits we need to acquire in our lives for a healthy lifestyle. The early men were a tad bit careful about the things they used. But thanks to the easiest ways to stay safe, we lazy bums do not care to walk and get our washing done. We prefer to laze around the sofa and use the same towels for time eternity. Before you think I am going all lectures, let me get you the importance of personal hygiene in our lives:

Do you want your name to go on the wall like a dirty dog or the Mr. Crystal clean? Each and every person is known by his habits and the way of carrying clothes. If you dress shabbily, none will dare enough to come near you and have a conversation. A well presented, well dressed person is likely to grab all the positive vibes around him.

Personal hygiene is the key to boost confidence and positivity in your life. A fresh pair of clothes and the morning sun makes the day. This freshness is bound to linger near you all day long. It enhances your personality to new heights. This will also improve your self esteem when you are the talk of the town for your good habits and attitude making a difference.

• Psychologically fit

The studies show that clean habits make you mentally strong and confident towards the situation. When you walk around with respect in everyone’s eyes, you tend to love the aura and get more confident about your work and lifestyle. Also good habits help you ward off diseases and hence you take less leave and do great in your professional field.
